• The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

• You must first request a return authorization by emailing us at accessoriesfortesla@gmail.com and receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).

Non-Refundable Items

 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Items that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer

• Items not in their original condition or packaging

Return Process

2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and RMA# if your return is eligible.

3. Ship the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your RMA# and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

4. Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations & Order Changes

 

Orders are automatically processed and sent for fulfillment shortly after they are placed. We cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind, you may use our standard return process to return the item for a refund once it arrives.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

 

Refused or unclaimed packages returned to us will incur:

• A 20% restocking fee

• Deduction of original shipping costs from your refund
  Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Damaged or Defective Items
